What you'll do

  • Build and optimize lifecycle flows across email and SMS for multiple brands
  • Own subscription retention — onboarding, churn saves, and reactivation
  • Run a calendar of campaigns that respects both revenue and the inbox
  • Segment the customer base and personalize against real behavior
  • Report on repeat rate, LTV, and retention's share of revenue

What you bring

  • 2+ years in retention or lifecycle marketing for DTC
  • Hands-on with Klaviyo or a comparable platform
  • An understanding of subscription mechanics and cohort economics
  • Copy instincts strong enough to write a flow that converts
  • Discipline to test and measure rather than guess
