What you'll do
- ▲Build and optimize lifecycle flows across email and SMS for multiple brands
- ▲Own subscription retention — onboarding, churn saves, and reactivation
- ▲Run a calendar of campaigns that respects both revenue and the inbox
- ▲Segment the customer base and personalize against real behavior
- ▲Report on repeat rate, LTV, and retention's share of revenue

What you bring
- ▲2+ years in retention or lifecycle marketing for DTC
- ▲Hands-on with Klaviyo or a comparable platform
- ▲An understanding of subscription mechanics and cohort economics
- ▲Copy instincts strong enough to write a flow that converts
- ▲Discipline to test and measure rather than guess
