What you'll do
- ▲Plan and run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and native at meaningful daily budgets
- ▲Own blended ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin for your brand
- ▲Build a structured testing roadmap across audiences, offers, and creative angles
- ▲Work with creative strategists to brief the assets that move performance
- ▲Report weekly on what scaled, what failed, and what you are doing about it

What you bring
- ▲3+ years scaling DTC paid social with real P&L responsibility
- ▲Fluency with Meta Ads Manager and a clear point of view on account structure
- ▲Comfort reading a contribution-margin P&L, not just a platform dashboard
- ▲A bias for testing volume and a calm relationship with variance
- ▲Written English good enough to make a sharp weekly report
