Performance Marketing Lead

Own paid acquisition across one of our portfolio brands. You set the strategy, manage the budget, and answer to the only metric that matters — profitable growth.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and native at meaningful daily budgets
  • Own blended ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin for your brand
  • Build a structured testing roadmap across audiences, offers, and creative angles
  • Work with creative strategists to brief the assets that move performance
  • Report weekly on what scaled, what failed, and what you are doing about it

What you bring

  • 3+ years scaling DTC paid social with real P&L responsibility
  • Fluency with Meta Ads Manager and a clear point of view on account structure
  • Comfort reading a contribution-margin P&L, not just a platform dashboard
  • A bias for testing volume and a calm relationship with variance
  • Written English good enough to make a sharp weekly report
