What you'll do
- ▲Own brand positioning, naming, and how the brand shows up everywhere it appears
- ▲Shape the product roadmap with sourcing, operations, and growth
- ▲Coordinate launches end to end — from sample to first sale
- ▲Track brand health and customer sentiment, and act on what you learn
- ▲Be accountable for the brand's top line and its margin

What you bring
- ▲3+ years in brand or general management inside a consumer business
- ▲A track record of shipping products and launches, not just managing them
- ▲Commercial fluency — you can read a P&L and a cohort curve
- ▲Strong taste and the judgement to defend it
- ▲Calm under the messiness of an operating company
