What you'll do
- ▲Research customer language, objections, and buying triggers across our categories
- ▲Develop angles and hooks, then brief them into static, UGC, and native formats
- ▲Partner with editors and UGC creators to ship a high volume of testable assets
- ▲Read performance data to decide what to double down on and what to retire
- ▲Maintain a living library of winning concepts across the portfolio

What you bring
- ▲2+ years in creative strategy or direct-response copywriting for DTC
- ▲A portfolio of ad concepts you can point to and explain why they worked
- ▲Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and the first three seconds
- ▲Comfort working from data without losing creative nerve
- ▲Organized enough to keep many briefs moving at once
