What you'll do

  • Research customer language, objections, and buying triggers across our categories
  • Develop angles and hooks, then brief them into static, UGC, and native formats
  • Partner with editors and UGC creators to ship a high volume of testable assets
  • Read performance data to decide what to double down on and what to retire
  • Maintain a living library of winning concepts across the portfolio

What you bring

  • 2+ years in creative strategy or direct-response copywriting for DTC
  • A portfolio of ad concepts you can point to and explain why they worked
  • Strong instincts for hooks, pacing, and the first three seconds
  • Comfort working from data without losing creative nerve
  • Organized enough to keep many briefs moving at once
